प्रधानमन्त्री प्रचण्डले आज जारी गर्नुभएको सन्देशमा नेपालको संविधानले बहुसांस्कृतिक विविधतालाई सम्मान गर्दै मौलिक हकका रुपमा सुनिश्चित गरेको विभिन्न जात, जाति, धर्म, भाषा, संस्कृति र सम्प्रदायबीच पारस्परिक सद्भाव, सहिष्णुता र ऐक्यबद्धता कायम गरी राष्ट्रिय एकता प्रवद्र्धन गर्नु सबैको साझा जिम्मेवारी भएको बताउनुभएको छ ।
२१औँ शताब्दीको भूमण्डलीकरणको आधुनिक युगमा देश, भूगोल, भाषा, संस्कृति र आस्थाका दृष्टिले सिङ्गो मानव जाति नै गहिरो अन्तर्घुलनतर्फ उन्मुख भइरहेको प्रधानमन्त्री दाहालले आफ्नो सन्देशमा उल्लेख गर्नुभएको छ ।
